[edit] Priciples
This Wiki is a collaborative venture supported by Abelard Management Services Limited on behalf of its community of users, be they readers, contributors or reviewers.
Etiquette
General
This is a business wiki and so all normal business etiquette applies. These pages should not be used as part of a campaign, nor for selling promoting a particular business except where context makes that appropriate.
User pages
User pages should not normally be edited other than by the user, except to assist in layout and correct spelling or grammatical errors. Users may request that their page is locked if they suffer from malicious editing.
User pages should reflect the users real name.
Editing
If you make a major change then you should add a comment to the edit before you save it. Under normal circumstances major changes should be discussed on the discussion pages first. Wholesale deletion or major change may be reverted pending discussion. Multiple reversions are considered an edit war. Vandalism and other abusive, obscene or libellous comments and edits should, however, be reverted on sight and revert a good faith edit only as a last resort.
If a page is reverted to a previous version then it is expected that users will start a discussion before seeking to start an edit war. Pages may be locked for a period should a edit war start.
