You don't have to have an account or even log in to use or edit this wiki. You'll find Information for registered contributors and more specific information about pages designed specifically for registered users (as opposed to the content of the wiki) in these user pages
[edit] Setting up an account
There is a video on setting up an account in the Wiki tutorials section. When you set up an account you will need to enable cookies on your machine to ensure that you remain logged in.
You can choose any user name you wish, we'll automatically create a user page for you with that name, so we recommend that you use your full name. A user name can have spaces - so there's no need to use special characters. You can optionally enter an email address and we'll use this to mail you details of your password should you forget it.
You can set up a profile on your user page. Whilst we ask all users to respect a profile page, this is a wiki and the page will be open to editing by others. Normally that's restricted to corrections rather than wholesale editing. You should ensure that you have your settings set to watch pages you create, or tick the watch tab so that you will be notified of changes to your user page. Your user page can be locked by administrators to stop edits by written request.
